My first cake with buttercream roses– they are so much fun to make! I think it was a lemon yogurt cake with lemony frosting and a lemon curd filling.
A similar version of the cake above. This one was covered in marshmallow fondant.
This was an almond cake with almond buttercream, covered in marshmallow fondant. The calla lillies, leaves, and pearls are all made out of MMF, and the embroidery was piped on with buttercream.
I had some batter leftover from the calla lilly cake so I made these cupcakes. The hearts are marshmallow fondant that I stiffened with a little sugarpaste.
